We're glad you're here.
Everyone, regardless of age, or years in Krsna Consciousness, needs a mentor. A mentor is someone who can provide a loving ear, a gentle nudge in the right direction, and most importantly, friendship. A mentor is someone who is capable of guiding us according to sastra, but also a person who is practical and understanding.
HH Candramauli Swami now requires every disciple and aspiring disciple to have a mentor. An aspiring disciple cannot receive initiation without the recommendation of a mentor. (For more information on initiation requirements, please see the initiation standards). Here are some important details:
What does the program look like?
Remember - a mentor is not a guru or a therapist!
TIP: When selecting a mentor, it is a good idea to note the country and time zone in which they are located.
